Prior to Karsun, Badri worked in Unisys, where he helped establish a successful global Identity & Credentialing practice and built large-scale systems for ID programs for the governments of Mexico, Angola, and Australia.

Himagiri (Hima) Mukkamala is Executive Director of Software Engineering at GE Software. He is responsible for leading the Predix™ engineering organization to deliver high quality software iteratively using Agile & Scrum principles. Predix™ is GE’s software platform for Industrial Internet and includes horizontal components and application frameworks for building customer facing Industrial Internet solutions. In his previous role at Sybase, Hima led various groups in the Mobile Platform organization and played a significant part in the successful acquisition by SAP.

Nuwan is a Senior Lead Solutions Engineer who works closely with WSO2 customers on enterprise solutions. His experience spans across multiple verticals such as e-government, education, e-commerce and healthcare. Prior joining WSO2 solutions architecture team Nuwan worked as a product lead in WSO2 engineering team and have provided technical leadership for products such as User Engagement Server (UES), Enterprise Store (ES), Mashup Server (MS) and Jaggeryjs framework. Nuwan has also contributed to projects such as API Manager and Carbon within WSO2 and to the Apache Web Services and Shindig projects in Apache Software Foundation.

Nuwan is an Associate Technical Lead at WSO2. Hi main area of focus is on the architectural and research, and development aspects of WSO2 API Manager. He has also been involved in many customer engagements where he has assisted people in developing their solutions architecture. Prior to joining WSO2, he worked at Informatics International Limited as a Senior Software Engineer.
Paul co-founded WSO2 in 2005 in order to reinvent the way enterprise middleware is developed, sold, delivered and supported through an open source model. In his current role as CTO, he spearheads WSO2′s overall product strategy. Previously, he served as WSO2 vice president of technical sales where he led the development of the groundbreaking WSO2 Enterprise Service Bus. In 2008, Paul was recognized by InfoWorld among the Top 25 CTOs.
Prior to WSO2, Paul was a senior technical staff member at IBM for nine years, where he created the Web Services Gateway and led the team that developed and shipped it as part of the WebSphere Application Server. He also was on the team that put the Service Integration Bus technology into WebSphere Application Server 6. Additionally, Paul was the key WebSphere technical sales lead for Europe, working closely with development to manage beta programs, develop training materials, and enable first-of-a-kind J2EE projects.

He has consulted for the City of NY teaching project management to a broad group of managers in City government. He developed an experimental diagnostic system for a Pediatric Neurologist at North Shore University Hospital capturing digital Cognitive Evoked Potentials. Peter started his career in the Defense world developing Navy Avionics diagnostic and information systems for various platforms including the F18.
Peter holds a Doctorate in Computer Science, a Masters of Science in Management and Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prakash is responsible for initiatives that are critical to Trimble’s software strategy, providing leadership to software-focused development activities. He is a software technologist with over 20 years of engineering and management experience. Prior to joining Trimble in 2007 through the acquisition of the then leader in Mobile Resource Management solutions, @Road Inc., Prakash co-founded Everypath, which pioneered the concept of Enterprise Mobile Task Automation in the early days of mobile computing. At Everypath, he managed distributed development teams in North America, Asia and Europe, managed professional services, and worked with the sales & marketing team to evangelize the company’s products. Samisa has more than a decade of experience working for systems integrators and software vendors with global exposure. In his current role, he leads the development of WSO2’s three open source platforms: the WSO2 Carbon enterprise middleware platform, WSO2 Stratos cloud middleware platform, and WSO2 StratosLive PaaS.
He has been a committer of the Apache Web services project since May 2004, and initiated the Apache Axis2/C project. He has published two books: RESTFul PHP Web Services, and PHP Team Development, in addition to several articles. Samisa is also a visiting lecturer at Computer Science and Engineering Department, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Sanjiva has been involved with open source for many years and is an active member of the Apache Software Foundation. He was the original creator of Apache SOAP and has been part of Apache Axis, Apache Axis2 and most Apache Web services projects. He founded WSO2 after having spent nearly 8 years in IBM Research, where he was one of the founders of the Web services platform. During that time, he co-authored many Web services specifications including WSDL, BPEL4WS, WS-Addressing, WS-RF and WS-Eventing.

Selvaratnam Uthaiyashankar joined WSO2 in September 2007. He is the Vice president of engineering. Shankar focuses on the WSO2 cloud middleware platform and Carbon enterprise middleware kernel, and he has worked on the interoperability of Axis2/C and the WSO2 Web Services Framework (WSF). Additionally, Shankar has provided technology consulting on customer engagements, including cloud, enterprise service bus (ESB), governance, and mobile integration solutions.

With more than four years of industry experience, he has a strong background in telecommunication software development and after-sale support. Senaka Fernando is a Solutions Architect at WSO2. In addition to his product development efforts, Senaka has provided technology consulting on customer engagements, helping to successfully implement governance, enterprise application integration, SAP integration, and on-premise portal solutions. Senaka also founded the WSO2 Web Services Framework/C++ during his internship with WSO2 in 2008.

Suho is an open source enthusiast, and has successfully completed two Google Summer of Code programs in 2010 and 2011. For GSOC 2010, he integrated OpenID Authentication and implemented Role Based Access Control for Apache PhotArk. For GSOC 2011, he implemented OpenMRS Notifiable Condition Detection (NCD) Module, a real time system that monitors patients’ lab results and notifies critical cases. He is now a committer on both Apache PhotArk and OpenMRS projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka where he specialized in Computer Science and Engineering. He also has hands-on experience in Network Designing, Server management (WEB, Mail, DNS, PROXY), network monitoring/management tools, traffic management tools, firewalls, routing environments (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Muticasting), VPNs and PHP/Shell scripting. His preference is to use FOSS solutions over proprietary products.
Yasith is Graduate from the University of Colombo School of Computing, Sri Lanka and is certified in Cisco Internetwork, Cisco Security and Java programming.
